Puneh, the founder of Pakzad Design, comes from a family of architects. With a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from Fine Arts University, she established her first company in 2005 in Canada, launching her career in the interior and exterior design industry. Puneh is a highly intelligent, elegant, and dynamic professional dedicated to her projects, consistently infusing her work with passion and creativity. After relocating her business to California in 2016, she continues to excel in her field. One of her major strengths lies in optimizing layouts while ensuring a seamless flow of space. She takes pride in her meticulous attention to detail, often incorporating eco-friendly, healthy, and locally sourced design options.
Pouya Pakzad, Construction Manager
The combination of Pouya's academic background in Architecture, Licensed General Building Contractor certification, Property Inspection expertise, and Business Administration knowledge, along with his extensive construction experience, equips him with a unique set of skills to lead successful projects. With 10 years of experience in residential and commercial design-build projects, renovations, and property inspections, Pouya excels at assessing structures and systems to ensure compliance with safety and building codes. He is focused, detail-oriented, and stays current with evolving safety and building code ordinances, best practices, and optimal building material usage.
