  Puneh is the founder of Pakzad Design. She grew up in a family of architects. With a Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication from Fine Art University, she established her first company in 2005 in Canada within the interior design industry, Puneh is a highly intelligent, elegant, dynamic, and dedicated to her projects. Her work is consistently used with passion and creativity. In 2016, she expanded her business to California. One of her major strengths is maximizing the layout, while allowing for the proper flow of space. She prides herself on her attention to detail along with pairing eco-friendly, healthy, and locally made design options.

The combination of academic background in Architecture, General Building Licensed Contractor, Business Administration, and Property Inspection, along with construction work experience, provides him with a unique set of skills and knowledge that help him lead successful projects. Pouya has 10 years of construction experience in residential and commercial projects, renovations, and home and property inspections. He is focused, detail-oriented, and excels at assessing structures and systems throughout the building process to ensure that all safety codes are met in new construction and renovation projects. He is highly knowledgeable about changes to safety ordinances, correct usage of building materials, and best practices in build and renovation.
